Every inbound inquiry — whether it comes through phone, email, SMS, or your web form — counts as one call. Spam and duplicate contacts within 24 hours are automatically filtered and don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?

We don't cut you off. Relayo keeps handling calls, and we'll send you a heads-up to upgrade. If it happens once, no charge. If you're consistently over, we'll recommend the next tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no hoops.
